Frequently Asked Questions Bronze Sculpture
Q. Can payment be made by cheque? A. Due to the cost and time in clearing we are unable to accept cheques unless drawn against a Thai bank account. We will however accept payment by Bank Draft provided it is made out in Thai Baht.
Q. How do I place an order? A. To obtain a shipping quotation or place an order you can use the Shipping Quotation or Shipping Calculator link on each individual bronze sculpture product page, or use the links on the top menu bar. Larger sculptures, which are often more economical to ship by sea, will have the Shipping Quotation link while smaller sculptures have the Shipping Calculator which will show the cost of door-to-door air freight to your Post/Zip Code. Please use the Comments box for any queries, special instructions, etc.
Q. How will I know when my order will be delivered? A. Our quotation/invoice will provide a delivery schedule, should there be any unforeseen delays we will contact you. Once your order is completed and ready for packing and shipping we will advise and for air freight provide you with a tracking number, tracking numbers are not available for sea freight. Door-to-door air freight is usually in the region of 7 days but will vary from country to country. Estimated transit time for sea freight will be advised in our initial quotation/invoice.
Q. What if my order is broken or damaged when it is delivered? A. All bronze sculptures are professionally packed and fully insured against damage or loss in transit. In the event of the goods being delivered damaged or broken the Customer must inform the Supplier and Insurer at the earliest possible moment but in any event within 2 days of delivery. The Customer must retain all packing materials should these be required for damage inspection and, if practical provide the Supplier and Insurer with photographs of the damaged item and packaging, if the packaging shows signs of external damage. Goods damaged or broken whilst in transit will be replaced or repaired, at the discretion of the Insurers appointed agent.
Q. Do the table bases come supplied with glass tops and if not where can I purchase? A. Due to the high cost packing, shipping and insurance plus the danger of breakage we do not supply the galss tops. Your local glass supplier should be able to assist, a list of these is usaully available in your local Yellow Pages or similar. If you would like advice on the most suitable top for any of our table bases please contact us and we will be pleased to advise.
Q. The prices on your product pages are not displayed. A. It can sometimes take a few seconds to download the prices. If they still do not display this is probably an issue with your browser in which case please contact us and we will supply the prices for you.
