Ordering, Payment and Shipping

 

Ordering

To obtain a shipping quotation or place an order please complete the Shipping Quotation/Order Enquiry form, which can be found at the bottom of the left-hand menu or click on the Shipping Quotation or Shipping Calculator link on each product's details page, and we will send you a shipping quote by e-mail.

Most of our sculptures are cast and hand finished to customer's orders and an initial deposit is payable upon order, the balance payable once your sculpture is ready for shipment, (for further information please go to Terms and Conditions).

Payment

Credit Cards

Payment by VISA or Mastercard using a secure gateway with SiamPay part of the AsiaPay group. For other credit cards please contact us.

Bank (wire) Transfer

Payments can be made by bank (wire) transfer in Australian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Thai Baht. For other currencies please check with us. Remitting Bank's fees are payable by the Customer.

Money Orders, Cashier's Cheque, Bank Draft

Due to the time and cost involved in clearing foreign currency cheques we are only able to accept these in Thai Baht. Please note that goods will not be shipped until we have received satisfactory clearance from our Bankers.

Shipping

Prices listed on our website for small to medium sized sculptures include professional packing, fumigation of wood casing (where applicable) in wooden casing, all-risks shipping insurance, Customs clearance and regional door-to-door
air freight charges. Larger sculptures include costs for professional packing, fumigation of wood casing (where applicable) in wooden casing, regional door-to port sea freight and all-risks shipping insurance.

Some very small sculptures may be shipped by EMS using the Thai Postal Service, we will advise you of this when issuing a shipping quotation. In these instances shipping insurance will be provided by the Thai Post Office.

Air Freight

Air freight is usually on a door-to-door basis but can be arranged an a door-to-port basis.

Sea Freight

Often a more cost effective alternative to air freight for larger sculptures. We are able to arrange competitive quotations for door-to-door or door-to-port (CIF) shipments. Read more...

Road Freight

Available to west Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
 

All goods shipped will carry full shipping insurance.


NOTE: You are responsible for any Customs clearance charge and import duties, taxes etc. incurred at the port of entry. You, as the importer, are also responsible for ensuring that the goods ordered are not considered as restricted or banned by the Country to which they are to be imported. We can accept no liability or responsibility for goods being refused entry, impounded or confiscated.
