Ordering, Payment and Shipping
place an order please complete the Order Enquiry form, this can be
found towards the bottom each product's details page, and we will send you a shipping
quote by e-mail.
When items are to be made to order we normally ask for an initial deposit of 40% of the purchase price (excluding any additional shipping charges) with the balance payable once your goods are ready for shipment, (for further information please go to Terms and Conditions).
Credit CardsPayment by VISA or Mastercard using a secure gateway with SiamPay part of the AsiaPay group. For other credit cards please contact us.
Bank (wire) Transfer
Money Orders, Cashier's Cheque, Bank DraftDue to the time and cost involved in clearing foreign currency cheques we are only able to accept these in Thai Baht. Please note that goods will not be shipped until we have received satisfactory clearance from our Bankers.
ShippingPrices for small to medium sized sculptures include professional packing, fumigation of wood casing (where applicable) in wooden casing, all-risks shipping insurance, Customs clearance and some door-to-door air freight charges. Larger sculptures include costs for professional packing, fumigation of wood casing (where applicable) in wooden casing and all-risks shipping insurance.
Not included are any import duties, taxes etc. incurred at the port of entry.
Air FreightFor many countries, including most of Europe and the USA, we are able to arrange comparatively cheap rates up to 500 kgs per item. For other countries sea freight can often be a viable alternative for large items/orders. Air freight is usually on a door-to-door basis but can be arranged an a door-to-port basis.
Sea FreightNormally recommended for large items/consignments. We are able to arrange competitive quotations for door-to-door or door-to-port shipments.
Available to west Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.
All goods shipped will carry full shipping insurance.
NOTE: You are responsible for any Customs clearance charge and import duties, taxes etc. incurred at the port of entry. You, as the importer, are also responsible for ensuring that the goods ordered are not considered as restricted or banned by the Country to which they are to be imported. We can accept no liability or responsibility for goods being refused entry, impounded or confiscated.
